I want to tell you what isometric exercises are. My student systematically performed isometric exercises 15 minutes a day, 5 months in a row. Break isometric exercise was 1 year. We decided to check whether there is a loss of strength, compared with the period of exercise. The bending of the rod is 800 mm X 16 mm, without problems. I can safely say that by doing isometric exercises, we strengthen the tendon system, which gives us the opportunity to gain incredible strength and endurance and to maintain it for a long time, in comparison with dynamic exercises.
