My name is Anatoly, I am 46 years old. I have some problems with the spine since childhood – congenital curvature of intervertebral discs. Nevertheless, I lead an active life all my life. In September 2015 at the badminton competition, I “ripped off” my back, raising something heavier than 2kg was a problem. A MRI scan showed protrusion of the intervertebral discs, although over the years I have taken chondroitin preparations for courses.

I bought and put a Swedish wall with a bar at home. I drooped and pumped my back, at first it became a little easier, but then the progress stopped. I still could not lift something heavier than 2-3 kg without pain in the lower back.

In the summer of 2016 I met an old badminton acquaintance, who advised the training apparatus Suhozhil. Oleg said that he is engaged in this simulator for about six months and the result is very pleased. I met with Nikolay in his office-exhibition hall and got acquainted with the technique, the essence of which were static loads on the simulator and its methodology, own development within 15min per day 3 times a week. I, to put it mildly, very much doubted that such “children’s” loads, in my opinion, can strengthen the muscle frame and change something in my body, but the best test of the theory is practice, and I decided to try it. I started working under the leadership of Nikolai with an effort of 20-25% of the maximum. After two weeks I felt a decrease in pain in the lower back, began to increase the effort. Now, after 4 months of classes, I can confidently say that I began to feel much better, start going to badminton training, and most importantly, I can wear a 10-month-old daughter in my arms!
